The GAZCORP Industrial Establishment is a complex comprising three production units, storage areas, and offices, located in a constantly expanding business area of Santa Maria da Feira. To meet the client's needs, the urban development project resulted in the expansion of a pre-existing industrial warehouse.

The new building rises to the south of the existing structure and has direct access to it from the inside. Notably, the building's cladding evokes a characteristic image of industrial architecture – being mostly composed of anthracite gray sandwich panels. Meanwhile, the design aimed to highlight the administrative area through the creation of a contemporary architectural language. Its glazed facade, facing the main access road and topped by a large sloping roof canopy, emphasizes and reinforces the entrance point. The absence of downpipes and other elements makes the exterior image even more minimalist.

The interior production areas stand out primarily due to their exposed metal structure, high ceilings, and white micro-perforated sandwich panel wall cladding. The workspaces located to the north and west of the building are distributed across two floors and feature openings facing either the interior or exterior of the complex. In the administrative wing, the entrance hall with its double-height ceiling is particularly noteworthy, enhanced by the natural light entering through the large glass panel. The interior partitions are composed of glass and wood panels, contributing lightness and a certain dynamism to the architectural composition of the offices.
